Below is an outline of the ordering process – so you will know what to expect when you place an order with SiteSmART.

Please call or email our team to discuss your signage requirements, once we have had a chat you will receive a quote via email from one of our sales team.
The next step is to accept the quote and send us your artwork. Please provide as a high-resolution PDF file format or an *eps file format, if this is not possible please let us know as we can assist with your artwork. Please see our Artwork Specifications Page.
Once we have received your print ready artwork file, you will receive a low-resolution PDF file artwork proof for your approval. These files are created solely for you to double check the artwork layout.
Once artwork is approved and your deposit has been received, your order is printed and ready to be dispatched within 5 / 6 business days.
This time may be influenced by differing factors such as drying time, size, quantity and lay time.
We ship using standard couriers or specialised transporters. Once your goods are dispatched you will receive a consignment note for tracking.
