Alupanel

If you’re installing your signage outdoors where it’s exposed to the elements on a permanent basis, Alupanel is the perfect solution.

Alupanel is a lightweight, rigid aluminium composite, 3mm thick with a UV high-gloss showroom finish or matt laminate. Two aluminium sheets sandwich around an extruded thermoplastic core.
This gives Alupanel exceptional rigidity and an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, making it a solid long-term external signage solution.

It’s easy to attach Alupanel signage to temporary fence, hoarding, or brickwork.

As a medium, Alupanel can be router-cut to custom geometric shapes. The largest single sheet size is 1200mm x 2400mm. However, if you want larger signs, we’ll join multiple panels according to your requirement.

We’ll pre-drill holes, but if you’d rather do this yourself, this material is easy to drill through during installation. We’ll digitally print your custom artwork in glorious, vibrant full colour using UV-stable inks.

Corflute

Cost-effective: Corflute signs are the perfect low-cost lightweight product for all kinds of advertising. Larger quantities qualify for a bulk discount, so it’s worth considering future needs as well as current.

UV-weather resistant: Corflute is going to look good for as long as you need it to. We print in full-colour using UV-stable inks and the digital printing process gives outstandingly crisp results.

Highly customisable: Colour choices and design are totally up to you. We can cut to any size up to a maximum sheet size of 1200 x 2400 mm. For larger signs, we’ll join multiple panels together. We can even supply signs cut to convex geometric shapes, including circles, triangles and hexagons.

Rounded corners are available on all shapes by request – You’ll need to let us know the radius of the curve you require when you place your order. Eyelets are an optional extra.
