Placing an Order with SiteSmART

There are two options to order from SiteSmART:
1. Download our enquiry / order form, save it to your computer, fill it out and e-mail to sales@sitesmart.com.au or fax to: 07 5598 8207

2. Call our toll free number 1800 03 12 04 and place you order with one of our friendly staff.
The next step is to send us your artwork . If you would like to send us your graphic files, you have several options; please take the time to follow our Artwork Specifications Sheet.
SiteSmART will send you a low resolution PDF file artwork proof for your approval. These files are created solely for you to double check the artwork layout. We will not go to production until we have recieved your approval of the artwork.
Production Time
We strive to produce all your custom SiteWrapz and Banners within 5 working days from the final artwork sign off. This time may be influenced by differing factors such as drying time, size, quantity and lay time.
Delivery
Most of the products supplied and manufactured are larger than normal post allows. For this reason, we ship using standard couriers or specialized transporters. For small items, door to door parcel delivery by courier or post may be used.
Time of Delivery
It may take 1-3 days for Metro, 3-9 for country. Delivery of products is ALL Standard Courier dependent. If there is a delay with a delievery, please let SiteSmART know immediately and we will check your consignment note and tracking number, contact the courier company and/or use their website to track your parcel and advise you of when it should arrive.
If you would like SiteSmART to arrange express or urgent couriers, please advise us at the time you place your order and we can ask the courier for a quote. For our very remote customers, please advise if you have a preferred transport company or route.
Insurance Policy
By Default, insurance is not included.
If you wish to insure your goods during transport please advise us at the time you place your order. Insurance is cost is evaluated on an order by order, region by region scenario so that you get the lowest possible insurance quotes.

Once we have recieved your intinal enquiry we will email or fax you a written quote that is vaild for 60 days. To accept the quotation and activate the order you will be required to sign and fax or email the quotation back to SiteSmART;
